This is my ode to Bainbridge High

Hard to explain but I am going to try.

The kids are generally a bunch of jerks

But it is funny because they are going to end up as clerks.

A handful of kids get high every day

Four years later all they want to do is play.

The pathetic thing is some of them were really cool

It is sad they gave up on school.

They decided every day was one big party

And a bunch of geeks look like the smarties.

I missed a lot of parties where they were on a drinking spree

But I got a 720 on my math SAT’s

Honestly I wish them well

We survived four years of hell.

Together again at the 10 year reunion we will see,

If their lives are crappie, or if they succeed like me.
